The House: fictional prose by Codex, spoken offline by installed macOS Samantha. The House voice is synthetic; no imitation or cloning of Dustin, Freya, Luma or Beautiful.

Performance text was drafted by Codex from Dustin’s October 27 direction; the recording is Dustin’s actual performance, not a recovered historical conversation. Associations and descriptions remain his perspective, not proof of another person’s abilities, feelings, or identity.

Voice Memo 273 excerpts use the reviewed balanced copy, targeting −20 LUFS for Dustin and −21 LUFS for House narration, with peak control. Words, restarts and timing remain. The original recordings and earlier proofs are preserved privately.

Voice Memo 274 is included as its full selected default stereo track with original dynamics. No internal cuts, denoising or normalization were applied to that interlude. The complete multistream source stays private.

Captions: local faster-whisper small.en, provisional words and timings, including unmarked words. No human caption certification is claimed. No caption transcript is asserted for Memo 274 because recognition on mixed speech and piano is unreliable.

Four illustrations generated with OpenAI image generation. Apartment, robot, garden, anonymous hand, dog and squirrel are imagined artwork, not documentary depictions or real-person portraits. Eight and crossing stems are artistic motifs.
